Hey, Milhol. In my opinion it’s not enough to make a shirt with incredible drawing skills. But I guess there would always be some geek with an anorak to reveal you the tricks of the trade. Like I care what’s hard to do and what’s not. What I’m interested in is appearance, style and simplicity. Well, this shirt’s no unique thingy, and I do not wear white t-shirts, but still – you can be more productive by suggesting something to the author than to spill hatred. It’s too easy to critique mate, change the attitude.
P.S. To the author – keep trying mate, you may actually interest me in your work if you try with different background colour ;)

This was actually one of my first designs, and I found it kind of t-shirty so I heard about desigbyhümans.com and published it. Great site by the way.

good – the colors pop from the white. with what other people are saying to change the shirt color… i’m not sure what color you could use to make it pop more. i’m just a little skeptical about the purple coming from the top: kinda looks like vomit?
Great illustration but it just seems misplaced on the tee. It would split the wearer down the middle and might look kind of awkward. But like I said it’s a great illustration. Submit more stuff!

NOW FOR THE SHIRTS COMMENTS. It’s unique, I’ll give you that. But unfortunately I really don’t like the drool stain running down the center. Honestly the art is good, I just don’t like how the placement makes it look like I would be drooling colors onto a man…
I think it’s perfectly acceptable to make comments without having submitted your own work. Is the input of art historians and critics invalid because they don’t create their own art? Regardless, milhol’s comment was obviously petty, rude, and spiteful.
