I’m sorry to tell ya this again, but I already saw a similar shirt in stores a year ago. I forgot what brand it was. They were selling it with clothes of madonna’s hard candy album. Don’t get me wrong — just giving you and dbh the heads up.
So Urban Outfitters were not the first (they never are anyways), but another brand was.
