Oooh, okay, they’re supposed to look kinda like blood stains. You’ve got my vote for your creativity : ) I would recommend making all the splotches red then, but other than that, I like it : )
The lines are a little random, but I like the overall concept. More stuff on a white shirt would make it appeal to me more. Perhaps a larger stain on the back.

I don’t get the splotches :/
