Yeah, “she’s” actually a vampire, I just didn’t draw the fangs. Originally it was all supposed to be on black and she had white splotch-like eyes, but I accidentally inverted the background to white and liked it better. Hope you likes!!
All the splotches except for the one next to the lips would be in inside printing (which is what the arrows are for).

I would recommend making all the splotches red then, but other than that, I like it : )
The lines are a little random, but I like the overall concept. More stuff on a white shirt would make it appeal to me more. Perhaps a larger stain on the back.

It seems kinda cool, but to me they just seem random.
