I did this Red Tail Hawk etching a few months ago, and now I put it on a shirt. I think a burn out would be sweet. Or just light gray ink. Placement on the shoulder/chest is another possibility that would look good.

i actually really like the placement of this and the fade of the wing into the shirt. there are a lot of bird shirts being submitted, but this is deff. one of the better ones. +1
