Nice idea, maybe have even more buildings just piling on top of eachother until they climb right off the shirt? I think that would help make your point more bold and in your face “pollution is everywhere and you can’t escape it, it towers over all”.
That was my initial thought as well after finishing. I did have more up top but thought it was too dense and heavy, so I edited it some more. Thanks for the comment.
