Love lion designs..but this would look great on a white tee! But that’s just me:) voted:)
I think the text adds some balance to that corner… works for me.
Anyhoo, +1!!!! Love the colors, the triangles, and I especially love the lion spit spray :)
Amazing pick on this one! I am very happy it got printed. Going to order it very soon, as my zodiac sign is lion too ;). Congratulations!
I like the illustration, but what is the meaning of the text? Sorry, I’m slow on the uptake sometimes…
What an excellent print…
I was losing hope for this one… such a great surprise. It will be mine.

It’s part of the lyrics of Bob Marley and Peter Tosh’s songs
Bob Marley had an assassination attempt on him and one of his songs (Iron Lion Zion) he talks about running away to save his life and he says: “I’m gonna be Iron like a Lion in Zion”. Basically meaning, “I’m going to be strong like a Lion (lion of judah: Haile Selassie I) in Zion (the promised land)”.
Peter Tosh’s song is basically a modern day “diss track”. He basically called out Marley, saying he’s not a true Rastafarian. He says: “You talkin’ about lion, iron, but you can’t go to zion”. He can be like a Lion & Iron (strong like Haile Selassie I) but he won’t ever go to Zion (the promised land).

This piece means a lot more now! I’m glad I asked, as the story behind the design gives it much more depth and meaning! Really thinking about buying this now…
Thanks Oolong, and definitely congrats to Draco!

So rad!
