About the Artist
csj89 has 6 designs in the running. This is the 5th winning design for csj89.
The Philippines is by large an agricultural country, and the Carabao (a water buffalo often used by farmers, locally known as Kalabaw) has been long considered as a national symbol. It’s a big part of our culture, and I thought I’d pay homage to it by creating a modernized, stylized representation. I hope you enjoy my submission :)

I’ve been looking back at this contest and some of the designs and I just realized something crazy. I predicted this winning the whole contest BEFORE the top 20 was created (page 2 of comment section). I knew this was destined for greatness since day one! Congrats again csj89!

Really sorry guys! I STILL haven’t received any DBH payment up to now, but DBH said they’re working on it. I haven’t bought any of my own shirts either because I don’t have enough personal funds too.
Hopefully I will get an update soon, when I do – the first thing I’m going to announce are the raffle winners. Thank you for your patience!
