This would be a radical hi res full color simulated process print. The Japanese characters from largest to smallest are , “Bad Attitude” (getting cut by scissors, so cutting out the bad attitude), “I’m a breaded wiener”(or something very similar from the talking corndog), and “Full speed ahead” in the small one by the main kitty eyeball… I really like the cream/tan, black or white.
