love it, for one reason or another it reminds me of a Picaso painting, don’t ask!
TBone – Thanks man. I wanted to use the thorns as a symbol of suffering, more than compare the bull with christ. It’s a anti-bullfighting statement.
FallenPH – thanks man, yep it looks great!
CollisionTheory – thanks bro!
Fouad666 – thanks for the support!
Douba – Thanks man!
Corey9 – Thanks man!
Lost_Control – Thanks!
Guillotine084 – Thanks for the support!
Ckoelle – Thanks for the support!
Kayekayekaye – Thanks for the comment. I don’t intend to disrespect christians or catholics. The symbol is used to show the bull’s suffering in the practice of bullfighting, which is a “sport” that i condone.
GrosPlante – Thanks man!
io_tee – thanks mate!
CardinalGoldstein – thanks man. I had a version which had blood on the thorns, but i felt it distracted from my intended message. blood on the thorns would have signified that the bull killed somebody – not cool! thanks again!
ChrisOmlor -Yep me neither. But the bull has been from the far past to the present been “sacrificied” for whatever reason. The difference with the present is that in the past, it had a religious significance, today people do it for fun. WTF.
Iggi09 – The crown of thorns is a symbol of suffering (thanks to Christ, no doubt of that). I’m using it with the bull to make a very strong point about bullfighting. Thanks for the barely constructive criticism!
LukeLukeLuke – Thanks man! As I put before, the illustration i made is a message against bullfighting. The crown of thorns is a very powerful symbol, and as you can see from the comments, strong opinions are coming from them!
The_JCW – Thanks man… without the crown of thorns, i believe my message would’ve been lost.
Ajvchuk – Thanks man! The comparison with Picasso is interesting!
A spear sticking out of the bull’s head would have been a symbol of suffering more associated with bull-fighting. THE crown of thorns is a symbol of the humility that THE SON OF GOD had to endure and an an example he was setting for us as well. Spear is relevant, the crown of thorns isn’t. Please, do not reverse engineer your concept.
“F*ck you*??What a lovely educated response..ran out of ways to try to make sense of your crappy work?
I don’t get the fighting. Your looking, too deep into the design. Half the people in the world don’t even care.
It’s a nice design, none the way. =D Grats.
It’s not primarily about who cares though. It’s about the glory of God. He cares.
Haha! Controversy, gotta love it. There’s alot of power behind the image. A good piece and can understand the angle you are taking for the suffering symbolism.
Don’t listen to the haters, some people are just to self-righteous and blinkered in the way they look upon the world to understand that there is more than one way to look upon something. This vocal minority of critics seem to have forgotten that Christ taught us to turn the other cheek.
king3rs – thanks bro. RikkiB – Thanks for the support! I will keep up. Magicaltoast – yep, gotta love it! thanks for writing your thoughts… should keep the haters quite.
recieved it 3 days ago n it`s perfect really
better than alot of the most popular prints i bought
So many “thanks” to everyone. Well.. THANKS FOR THIS ONE. My eyes are much more happy now. You are tallented person man and I’ll be honour if you bash my first works here. Aloha
your design reminds me of Sergio Toppi. If you don’t know who he is you should look him up.

I am with Iggi and Lukelukeluke…I like the style a lot, but I would go for it without that crown of thorns
