To be quite honest, I don’t get the ‘sick’ aspect of it – but this gets my vote. Gorgeous color and wonderful art. To be quite frank, this one blows the others out of the water and is the most wearable shirt IMO.
+1, really hyping myself up for this if it gets printed, I will cop it so quick.

It’s an amazing design and I love the colors, it’s subtle and expressive.
