You could work on a trash-filled brain version of it. Good conceptual idea, generous drawing styles combined. A must have in the Letter to Santa.

great design. I think i had an x-ray that looked like that back when I smoked (20+ years ago) but I think now the x-ray would look very different though there just might be a luchadore in there somewhere.
