I’d love to keep this kind of bantering private, but you don’t have an email listed. Actually, you also have no submissions, no link to more work, you don’t even have a profile image. So at this point I don’t even think you should be opening your mouth. BUT if you must know, I didn’t hear about the competition until the last minute and I was WAY too busy doing REAL work for REALPAYINGCLIENTS to come up with something WORTH submitting to the competition (an insight some people clearly overlooked). I have been going to KOL shows since 2003 when I first heard of them, I have t-shirts from shows that most people submitting don’t even know exist – so when I saw things that were getting votes/comments and they looked like they were done with google image search and paint – I felt, as an educated, working, PROFESSIONAL designer, it was my duty to make MY opinion known. This is a public website, it allows people to make comments and voice their opinions on other peoples work. If the people submitting, or the people that like what other people are submitting in your case) can’t handle criticism and respect that not everyone is going to like everything – then they shouldn’t be submitting, or, in your case talking.
LOL, i thought i’d check out your designs.. thanks for the comment though! I thought it was a good idea but it doesn’t seem to get many responses.. I’ll think about what i can put on the back with “she’ll bartend your party” thanks a lot! :)
