If you’re using Photoshop, set your canvas size to 640×480. If you’re image doesn’t cover the ENTIRE canvas window, it’s too small.
To Fix: Simply use Free Transform (ctrl+t) and slightly enlarge your image to cover the entire canvas, OR create a solid color block behind your image (Like a big black box, or whatever color you want) and make THAT cover the entire canvas. Save as a JPG and submit! :)
i hav just finish my artwork, so while uploadin m getting error- invalid height and width… So is 640 suppose to be width and 480 for height. I can do it for thumbnail and placement, but my artwork is in 640 height x width 480, what do i do?? Need ur advice…
