Oh, I basically did a rough sketch of the idea I had in my head in photoshop, made some of the outlines more detailed in illustrator, colored it, and took forever on the background. After that, I transfered the file back over to photoshop and added some finishing touches until I was satisfied. Not sure if that was the answer you were looking for but yeah…thats how I did it.
