Hey, I saw your comment that you are having problems uploading your designs. The first thing you need to make sure that the size of the image is good. Not in kb but in pixels! For example the large version must be 800×640 pixels, placement 500×400 pixels and thumbnail 130×200. The thumbnail has got a size limit of 25 kb.

Another problem can be that your design contains copyrighted material, vulgar language, has something to do with racisme or with god, etc.

hey, i dont know whether there is any tutorial, but you can download the placement template from the link provided on the submission page. you can then copy your stuff from the main file to the placement template and adjust it.

just copied the design from my main file to the placement template file.. positioned it till i was satisfied and then deleted the non-shirt portion of the main design..
