Eyes on you
The red brings up more evil into the image. I'd rather wear that one. The other on the other hand looks too calm and doesnt bring in any tension of hate.

CMYK Hazard
I'd prefer a different color like fusing neon green to blue. I do like the whole structure of the image like how it resembles a chest piece.
