the service e-mail is for stuff regarding purchases. You want the e-mail regarding submissions which is art@designbyhumans.com. But you can also just ask Wotto, since he’s the art director and the person who accepts and denies submissions. Good luck, keep subbing.

Regarding issues with your purchases you should contact service@designbyhumans.com the forum is not a great place to get help with that sort of thing, so I deleted the topic. Have a good one.
