I’m probably not the best person to ask as I wouldn’t consider myself a photoshop master just yet :) But if you’re doing a mock-up on a light colored shirt you can set the art layer to ‘multiply’ and it works pretty well. If it’s a dark shirt it doesn’t really work though, you can try to play with the opacity so that some of the shirt details show through (wrinkles, etc). Just enough to make it not look pasted on, you know?

Also if you want to redo your sub you should email art@designbyhumans.com and ask them to take down the old one first, then resub the new one. Good luck to you! :)
