What a terrible curse, the painful irony of the sweetest heart that is prisoner of great beauty and profound solitude by the enchantment of forbidden magic and cruel fate.
The gods spoke with anger to her words of suffering desperation and turned her loveliness into an unbearable cage. What did she do to deserve such an eternal penitence?, there are no words to describe the magnitude of her sin and yet, all her victims saw a longing trace of sadness lost in her eyes, just before they become cold stone, she saw into their souls claiming for some merciful human touch, that prohibited need always unsatisfied.
Disconsolate Medusa, do not cry for the hurtful lack of love that fills your empty nights, pray just pray with humble ordeal for the forgiveness that will reveal the better days to come, just pray full of faith and love might show its precious glow, for those who await and believe a new bright age arises now.

Hey Dan google Dover and you will find hundreds of books on copyright-free illustrations and engravings from the 19th century, their great if you collage or mix with new media to make something fresh, kinda the play on old and new
Thanks for the support!
