Hello, regarding your first question….I’m actually using a template I downloaded from someone on threadless so i can’t really help you on that, i would love to, but I’m still teaching myself how to use Photoshop and still learning. There are other templates available on threadless, just search for it, but here’s the link: Template

Your second question… most of the time I draw directly on photoshop but once in a while I start my sketches with pencil on paper..
