I’m Jesse, the one who used your picture of “IRON EAGLE” to participate at the Harley-Davidson contest “Art of Custom”.

This image which I used, results from somebody who transmitted it to me within the framework of a project painting which I had to make for her. I did not know of or this image arose, nor if it was protected by a copyright.
The project in question did not succeed and this image is found in my bank of image in a file of my computer.
Last month, I used it on the occasion of this competition without wanting to make a plagiarism of your work. Now, and without I expect it at first, I find myself in finale of the contest and it partially thanks to you. This situation embarasse me and I would like in the case I win the contest that you’ll be quoted and thanked. I am ready also to donate you the gas tank in question if you asks for it.
I apologize for this misadventure independent from my will and hope that you will answer me.
