Unfortunately it would take too long for me to walk you through that process. I suggest looking up some tutorials on youtube or finding someone that knows photoshop to assist you. In short, your art must be brought into photoshop on it’s own layer, resized and saved for web. Good luck!

Not sure what is going on with your file not opening. try downloading it fresh and trying again??

as for making it ‘look like it is on the shirt… part is trimming off the bits of design that don’t ‘fit’ over the image of the shirt (don’t take them off the original tho’!!) . and part is using layer overlay styles I think. there is a little drop down menu at the top of the layers palette. have a play. I haven’t totally figured out how to get reliable results all the time yet though!
