Hey man, If your looking far a cheap tablet I would suggest a wacom bamboo. They’re around $100 I got one although I really dont use it much. I tend to stick to pen/pencil and paper.

dude i jsut got one and its pretty sweet. ive been lookin at one for a while and finally decided to get it. its awesome but so confusing.

i really need help uplaoding a thumbnail if u can help. i can make it the right size but the picture is too big. too many KB. its like 75KB or somethin and i need it to be 25KB.

PS don’t know if you got an answer, but on your thumbnail, make sure after you create it in photoshop, use “save for web” then choose “Medium” or whatever size, and before you hit OK, then in the bottom left you will see it tells you the size of the image file at that quality. Based on what it tells you, pick the best quality you can get without going over 25k!

save it for web as mkdesign said or, save it as a gif, which uses less kb

I think sometimes a few days- my first one was denied, and I still don’t know why! They couldn’t really give me an answer except that they get thousands of entries everyday and have to deny some…weird.

Find a picture of a blank shirt and if you have photoshop, you can put the design on a new layer over it, shrink it down to size, and clean up the edges so it looks like it’s on the shirt.

Inspiration comes from everything, whether it’s your personal life, other artists, books, music, television or movies, or just letting your mind wander. Or you can do what I do and just start sketching randomly until you find a direction you want to go with.

Hey dude, uhmm for my linework it really all depends on what kind of a style I’m trying to go for, but 90% of the time I’ll use Illustrator for that. Just personal preference really. I’ll usually do the linkwork and some shading in that, though I’m starting to move towards Photoshop for my shading. And I use PS for all my coloring and textures too. I use cs4 for both.

Thanks for the comment but as for the fizziness or lack of quality I put it at like a thousand dpi ( or that’s at least what I consider as quality).

CS4 is the latest edition, both Illustrator and Photoshop are at CS4 right now.
