A friend of mine posted a myspace bulletin asking people to check out the design. How is that cheating? As I understand it, promoting one’s design is encouraged.

The difference is these people are accepting a bribe for some sort of Blog points called Gold Stars! Also with the chance of winning one of his shirts!
