It normally takes 1 day at the very most unless you subed it at the weekend than it would take about 2 days at most, 1 week is waaaay to long tho, did you get a design rejection email! or a confirmation email that they are reviewing your design before they put it up for voting!! if not they most likely never recieved it! try again or email one of the staff
