Yeah, I did hear back from them about a week later. They sent an email with a return number which I then printed out and sent back to them with the shirt and an explanation of what I wanted exchanged. I paid to send it back USPS priority ($4 I think) and they immediately sent what I wanted back to me free of charge. Once they responded to my email, it was very quick! Ordered 4 more shirts! No worries, just wait for that response from returns@designbyhumans.com
