Hmm… let’s see. I’d probably submit it mocked up on a white shirt. And you should definitely get rid of the rectangle around the whole drawing. It needs to flow better with the t-shirt as a canvas itself, which isn’t constrained to a rectangle like the original design you did. Like suceda mentions, you could have the design fill the entire front of the shirt. That would probably be pretty cool. Best of luck!
