Stock photos are photos that anyone can get off the internet, alter slightly and claim as their own work.
This is nice and clean…very sensible!! Why not use “Final Flight” somewhere on the print?

nice. what do you do to make the ink look spattered?
what you can do is get some drawing ink or carefully open a fountain pen cartridge, and put blobs on your page and use a straw to blow it then wiat for it to dry & scan it in.
if not you just get out a paint brush, get some watery paint and carefully flick your brush so it splats on paper. again wait to dry & scan in.

Vectors are a series of points, instead of defined positioned pixels. With vectors, you can resize an image to virtually any size, without a loss of quality. It’s also possible to get very smooth curves with it. Yaknow, it’s what Illustrator uses! But I just use the limited vector capabilities of Photoshop.
yeah, there are a few more sites out there, I prefer this one..I could answer other questions easier with an email
yeah dude i think that it is pretty legit. the circles just make
it look like a big target. but the content in it is what is really cool.
Love the site, it’s just that it’s not my medium. However, I am a fan of tee shirts, especially well designed tees.

yes sir. i am a senior. i live in a pretty wealth part in idaho though so i am set. but i do agree… the responsibilities can seem overwhelming. but its a part of growing up. :p

thanks man so do I. That lame template was annoying me… and the yellow in my other one as well. I had to re submit. :)
It was a mix of google images made into vectors, flora fonts being made into outlines then picked apart/added, and go media pack parts like the arrows and notes.
just a set of stock vector images that this site sells. they are pretty spendy, but totally worth it. google go media and then press arsenal
I actually like it better with the circles, but I’m always gettin caught by the short ones with rays and circles… they’re not in this year.
Design what you enjoy. When you try to design around what you think people will want, you’ll drive yourself crazy and more often than not, fall short. Putting alot of stuff out there helps too… quality stuff! People will get to know you and your style and it has a chance to grow on them.
Don’t be discouraged by poor voting results either. just get your mind made up that it’s part of this business and move on to the next design. You have talent, so you’ll hit, just keep creating!!

well, the ones I used are actually just plain shirts in the shirts for sale section of this website. The other thing you can do is go to google image search and change the search so you are only looking for hi-res images, and just search for plain tees (something like that)……good luck, sounds like you might have something to post again soon

I think you would benefit from putting your designs on actual shirts…the more you can make it look like what you are trying to say in reality, the better your chances for votes and comments
sorry man, pretty busy right now…for now all I can say is just go to www.hereitself.com and download a few pics and photoshop out the logo on it…or you can sign up on threadless.com and download their submission package that has a good amount of people with blank shirts on

Hey, sorry I could not get back with you about the shirts, I got the email, but I was working overtime and work and at the very last minute decided to make a sub for the 10K contest….I will let you know when it is up
remember that even if I give you some tee pics you will need to get the ones that have the right color you want, and you will need some knowledge of photoshop or similar program to add your designs to them. My suggestion that would be the most beneficial to you is if you were to teach yourself the clown and healing tools so you can ust take some DBH sale shirt and clone over the images.

Thanks! Yes – I create distressed textures myself, by mixing and adjusting different scans of paper and paint and on and on :)
