" Well… I have multiple injuries all over my body.

I have torn one of my knees open twice to the point where you could see the fascia and actual bones in my knee. One was the result of my dog being over excited while I was running down a brick sidewalk, and the other was from single-tracking in mountainous West Virginia.

I got hit in the head with a 8 lb. shotput and 3 lb. disc, both of which were in the same bag when my friend accidentally let go when he was swinging it around. Produced a 3/4" long, 1/4" deep wound on the back left of my skull. I lost a TON od blood on that one.

I have been the vitcim of a stabbing by one of my classmates, but he only had a pencil and stabbed me in the arm about five times. I had to pull the lead from the pencil out, and it was lodged under my skin about a half inch at one place. That sucked.

I have surprisingly never broken any bones.

I am 6’2", weigh 195~200 lbs. I weight lift a lot, and can currently rep max on bench about 230 to 240 lbs depending on the day. I’m thinking about participating in some local fighting competitions.
