Building your CV getting your tee's noticed

Hey i’ve just started a clothing company and I’m looking for designers I’m sure you’ve read these thousands of times. But i’m studying business in university and i’m also in a semi-professional band (myspace.com/allforthefall) to show that i’m genuine.
If you’re interested in selling on your designs out right, building your portfolio, or simply taking a % of profit. Message me;
The firm is based on promoting the designer themselves (seen as most designers have side projects- our myspace holds a link to the designer themselves so they get promotion per tee sold as well as cash) If you are interested we have no specifications as we want the designs to be designed by designers! Not enforced by us. There is a quality allowance so please no time wasters.

It’s predominately about the designer so there’s no branding issues – it’s up to the designer themselves!
Yeh i’ve done it all before with the band i’m in so I have all the contacts, but i’ll be more specific with quality and other things when I have the designs ready, we’re looking at things in a different way and I have four months off from Uni so I have nothing to do and can devote my full attention to this project. I have checked out your site it has some really good pieces “My backyard” is my favourite. Add me on msn if you want to talk more.

Our first deadline is set for monday so if you would like a list of terms and $£ cash information get in touch with either of us where we will send you our pricing list. Things are taking off fast should have the designs printed by August at the latest.
To absolutely anyone with ideas floating about, just email us and get in touch. As Andrew has said, we will be drafting out pricing and rights for the company and will get back in touch with each and everyone of you guys and lasses. We are extremely delighted with the feedback and enthusiasm shown by you designers and hoping to get things rolling very soon.

Bump – the price list is out tomorrow guys so anyone else- get in contact soon if you wanna see your tee’s in 3D.
There’s plenty of time for anyone but tomorrow is when we’re going to start looking at the designs we have available to us and sort out a price list for the designers and will get that to you as soon as we can, we want to work well with you guys as we’re really looking forward to this project!

Some of the designs we’ve received have been incredible, if a few of them incorporated the “SA2” within them that would be great too, today’s meeting brought on the fact that we need to get our name out there initially to aid the success locally and then we can build from there helping you designers get recognition!

how many are you going to sell? and how are you choosing the ones you will?
Hey, i’m talking with the suppliers tomorrow predominantly about quality, but that will help us in deciding exactly how many tee’s we’re making, initial set up will be between 3-5 but then it will spiral fast so will probably be adding designs every other month.
Hope that helps! We’ll be choosing a select few ourselves (around 20) then they will be voted on much like DBH but with a much better chance of getting money for your tee’s, and less messing around it’ll be a lot faster and will be much more direct.

Hey, nice to see some british artists on here too! We’re based in Swansea, Wales if that means anything to you. The monday deadline was just the date of when we’d be sending out our price list (which we have available now) the last chance to submit art will be within the next month or so, it’s nothing to worry about as of yet. I don’t like putting deadlines on artwork if you get me.

CV stands for Curriculum Vitae (course of life), it’s just a fancy way of saying resume.
Sorry it’s a British term! I’ve put a new post up in the forum check it out.

We’ve just been offered a wicked selling deal so we now have input a deadline to all entrants of season 1 the deadline is July 20th. (two weeks) any designs after this date will be put forward to season 2.
