How to make realistic typography t-shirts

Hello there,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend any great tutorials for creating realistic looking t-shirt mock ups like these:

http://giftedapparelnyc.bigcartel.com/product/the-grind-tee-red
http://giftedapparelnyc.bigcartel.com/product/work-party-repeat-men-s-tees-bright-yellow
http://www.qwertee.com/product/view/recent/

Much more than just superimposing a design onto a blank T-shirt template (which i can do already…) I am most interested in learning techniques on how to blend in designs , so that they give my t-shirt mock-ups a more realistic look like they were actual t-shirts (like the examples shown in the links listed above…) ESPECIALLY I AM LOOKING FOR TYPOGRAPHY BASE T-SHIRT DESIGN. HOW CAN I BLEND MY TYPOGRAPHY REALISTIC IN T-SHIRT MOCK UPS?

Can anyone share either good tutorials and/or some sort of course/lessons where I can learn?

i’ve been using Photoshop and Illustrator for one year now, so i’m not a total ‘noob’, i just need to learn some more advanced techniques.

Thanks!

basically the shadows and the highlights are separated as two transparent layers over a solid color with the art work in between but you can search for a realist tshirt mockup psd
