I can’t find where the actual tee colors like “light bleu” or “ocean blue” are actually, visually displayed so I know what the heck they look like.

You can find all the blank colors in our 101 section, it’s a downloadable pantone list to help out when choosing background colors. http://www.designbyhumans.com/dbh101/
There seems to be some missing, ie: when comparing to the choices available on http://www.designbyhumans.com/submit
For example, “ocean blue”, “cool blue” or “harbor blue”, which appear in the submit dropdown, are not in the pantone list.
There may also be typos on the submit dropdown list, like “light bleu” and “harbor bleu”. With that spelling, I thought they were new colors. :P

Yes we are aware that some of the color names are similar, this is due to use using a few different blanks over the years. We have this on our to do list. We will update all these colors and the templates. The bleu isn’t a typo we just had products with those names a while back.
Ocean blue is the same as aqua from our color chart.
Cool blue is the same as light blue in our color chart.
Harbour Blue is a color we no longer print on.
