Refund request

Hello everyone, I ordered a t-shirt in March of this site. Unfortunately, to date I have not received anything, I contacted via email and an operator told me to wait for May 7 to receive a refund. I waited and I sent an email to the service, but I get no answers. What can I do?

It can take up to 24 hours to receive a response back from our customer support team depending on the volume of inquiries we are receiving. Our team also gets weekends off so anything places Friday night through Sunday is generally answered Monday unless it is an emergency.

If you know the ticket number of your request, I can look into it for you.
