Hi all,

I have been adapting some vintage public domain posters for tees, and was wondering what you guys think about them.

Here is one (I will add more to this post later):

Thanks

Hi, I would check the rights on these images thoroughly. Many free art images and public domain images are rights free BUT not for commercial gain. Winning this contest with public domain art that is not to be used for commercial gain could be a problem.

Hi Wotto, thanks for the advice. So far the images I have sourced are fine for commercial work as long as they are not shown in their entirity. I have gone to some lengths to change them all to such an extent that they would be classed as derivative works, and therefore OK for commercial use. But I will definitely be vigilant that I do not infringe on any existing copyrights!
