Hello, this is my first time posting on DBH for a critique. I’ve been staring at this Rhino for many hours and I want some fresh eyes to critique this image. What works, what doesn’t work. What would you add, subtract. I guess I’m most uncomfortable with the neon colors. I normally use very few muted colors in my designs. Constructive criticism would be appreciated.

I really love it.
The only thing I can say is that while it’s colorful, but to me it doesn’t really feel “neon”.
Maybe it’ll look more “neon” in person? I did you the prescribed color palette for this design contest.
Yeah, I guess it’s how the colors are used and combined, I don’t think I would look at this and ever think to call it “neon”, you know? I think it should be printed regardless though, haha.
awesome job on the rhino.
More africa then 80’s though, maybe it need some kitschy pink?
