The first thing I would say is remove the text/signature. The design is also a little muddled, it’s hard to see what is going on. In t-shirt design cleaner is sometimes better. You obviously have some technical ability and I think your work will develop nicely. Try to create a design less cluttered and easier to read. Studio8Worxs work is worth checking out, although it has many elements going on it is pretty easy to see the focal point. I hope this helps and welcome to DBH.
