I dig the design; my only critique would be to try to find a better way to blend the smooth lines (such as on the cog/right side of the face) with the splattered sections. Just so it doesn’t contrast it too much. Other than that it looks solid ;)

Try some additional detail on the metal. There is a very easy way to give metallic texture in photoshop with a couple clicks, and that would make it much more realistic.
