I’m not sure how to finish my design. Something is definitely missing

Yeah you’re right. IMHO, design is to dry and boring… it is “DEAD.”
Why is it a Dear head? it does not FIT at all. Change it, perhaps a FLAMING SKULL WITH AN ATTITUDE.
Add some action to your character on to bring the EXTREMITY to your design concept with FEAR and EXCITEMENT.
Background will be a plus… crowd silhouette, dome lights, etc.. therefore your character will not just be solo but a center of attraction.

add a hunter thompson theme to the deer head a visor with a yellow plastic bill
Needs a background, urban or forest maybe?
Headlights, with a car silhouette in the background maybe.
