Well… i receive a notice from a fan who said that she saw one of my design(not printed) being sold on apparel on myspace & facebook under the name Plop T-Shirt Design… The guy is doing poor replica of what he find online… and i got picked… He also posted picture from DBH (where he got my sample image). I asked him to remove and stop selling my design 2 weeks ago, and he did… but today, I saw that he put back my design on sale and on another colors now… any idea of what I could do? He doesn’t speak english… only spanish… he’s in california, and i’m in montreal. And he kinda pissed me off (and stop answering my email).

I luved that design… That’s why I took it from DBH so I can print it myself to hopefully start my own company… now I find it in the hands of these people…
