Store Uploading Errors

So 2 days ago I finally managed to post a neew design after about 2 weeks of trying, and I thought things were fixed. But I’m trying to upload stuff now and there’s that error again. All it says is:

There was an error with your upload. Please try again.

So I don’t even have a clue on what I could be doing wrong. Guess I won’t have new stuff up for black friday.

I am sorry this process is so frustrating to you and i hope we can get it worked out.
The design that got through was rejected. This was due to the art being placed way too low on the template.
I have worked with several artists who are experiencing difficulties over the last week and I have resolved nearly all of them. Yes the system is a tad unpredictable because uploading on the web requires uninterrupted wifi and a solid browser. Most of the issues people are having are to do with file type, size of files and setting their pngs to the wrong format or saving them in a more complex way than is necessary.
I am happy to help and I understand your frustration but I need you to give me more information to help you. Simply posting negative comments won’t get to the root of the issue. So please email me all of the pngs that have failed for you. I will test them and upload them if needed. I appreciate your feedback and I want to help you.

@CarolinaInBerlin – Also I tested the avatar on 4 browsers today and it worked fine. It is however cached and takes a little while for the edits to appear. You appear to have an avatar, where you trying to edit it?

Avatar – “the Avatar Problem is still the same…” Please expand on this. What is the issue you are experiencing?

I’m back to having problems uploading the artwork again for 3 days now.When I got my Collective store,it took about 9 days I think before I was able to upload.It worked for a while ,now I’m back to the same problem. It doesn’t proceed to STEP 2, It just keeps on returning to STEP 1. Please advise and help. Thanks.

@dibuholabs – Ic, thanks, i’m pretty new to the collective (opened my store just last October 28). I was just wondering because i still haven’t received my sales from last month (November) and we’re already in the 2nd week of December. Maybe it’s on it’s way though. Thanks for the info man.
