Why i Can't submit my design with jpg format?

Hello all,

i want to ask, when i can’t submit my artwork, placement, and thumbnail use jpg or gif format? It writes “Uploaded file format not support.”. Actually what format that i shoul use?

Make sure that it’s a jpg. I sometimes accidentally save psd’s with the jpeg file extension. So just because it says jpeg doesn’t mean it is.

joshgalacticos: chicoweb is right, if you save as a .psd format, it may show up as a .jpg because the thumbnail is listed as a .jpg on your computer for quick viewing purposes. (When in actuality, it’s a .psd)

Also: Make sure you have the correct dimensions of your design for each category. When you submit your files, it can detect if they are not the correct size. This can easily be fixed by going into Photoshop and readjusting your canvas size.

Thumbnails should be: 320 × 240
Artwork should be: 640 × 480
Placement should be: 640 × 480
