Is it legitimate to use Photoshop Brushes/Stock Images as part of a design? With credit to the artist, of course.
Yes it is ok buuuuut…it makes the design cheesy if you don’t use the brushes in a creative way…or if you can obviously tell that it is a brush. A few designs right now in voting have brushes that I could find on deviantart…and that turns me off from voting on it, especially when it isn’t cited in the design description.
